February 10, 2008: SNOWING HARD HERE IN QUEBEC CITY!!!
We woke up this morning to a heavy fluffy snow. It looks like feathers floating down from heaven. The temperature is -3c and the wind chill is between -10 and -20!!!!! BRRRRR
